Welcome to  ZOAHABIT  Posting Coral

The Zoas can be collected in person or posted.

UK Postage is set at a flat rate of £10 regardless of whether you order one frag or a hundred.

We do not ship outside of the UK

 

Once an order has been placed and paid for we will frag your zoas from our mother colony and secure them to a frag plug.  The zoas are then left to heal for around two weeks. During this period we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. 

Your corals will be packed extremely well. The Zoas are placed into a plastic postage tube which is full of salt water, (not dry packed). These are carefully placed into a card board box, which has a 97% heat reflective liner. Followed by additional packing and a heat pack when necessary. During the coldest months we ship using a poly box and a heat pack.

 

Please note. Heat packs are mainly used during the cold months. We monitor the weather and pack accordingly.

 

We post using Royal Mail guaranteed next day before 1pm service. This is a tracked and signed for service so you need to make sure some one is available to receive and sign for the frags on the first attempt!

 

Guarantee

 

 We offer a live arrival guarantee providing the folowing conditions are met.

  • The zoas are received on the first delivery attempt.

  • That you contact us within 4 hours of delivery stating any problems.

  • In the event of DOA, please email a photo of the coral in its original packaging. Please note. To claim DOA the zoas must not have entered your water. Once zoas have entered your tank our responsibillity ends. 

 

In the unlikely event of Dead on Arrival (DOA) we will try to arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • You may cancel your order from the day you place it up until 10am the day before you are due to receive it. For example if your delivery day is the 4th of May you have up until 10am on the 3rd of May to cancel your order.

  • After we have received your cancellation request your order will be suspended.

  •  We will email you our cancellation form to complete  your cancellation. 

  • A partial refund of 80% will then be sent no later than 10 days after cancellation. 20% will be retained to cover admin, and our time invested on your order.

  • If after 3 months you have not replied to our repeated requests for a delivery day, then we will consider your order cancelled.

 

Returns

 

  • We do not accept returns. For help and advice feel free to contact us by email or on our Facebook page.

 

 

These conditions are 'industry standard' and help to discourage rogue buyers. Rest assured our goal is to offer beautiful zoas and get them to you in perfect condition.
